  1. Usage: DCC CHAT NICK
  2.   DCC CHAT initiates a direct client connection chat to the given
  3.   nick, who must respond with DCC CHAT. This is the most secure
  4.   form of communication available on IRC. Messages sent via a DCC
  5.   CHAT connection are not sent through IRC, but are sent by a direct
  6.   connection between your client and the remote client. Messages
  7.   are sent over a DCC CHAT connection with /MSG =nick
